Hi, can anyone help or advise, did my first Online tesco order on fri, got my stuff on Sunday 14th Oct all okay,
The question is when i placed the order £2 was taken straight away, out of my account (guess this is an authorization amount).... Just been looking at my account today now the full amount for £11.45 has been taken, but the £2 is also taken. Thus paying £13.45.... I know its only £2 but as they say every little Helps!!!!! SO please put my mind a rest... Do they refund you this???? or should have this come off the £11.45????????????????
Many many many Thanks..............................0 -

Bit puzzled about this, I did my first shop 2 weeks ago the full amount was not taken until the day the food was delivered, even though I did the order 8 days before. I didnt have the £2. I would give them a ring, they are very friendly and helpful in my experience.Dec, Nokia E71 | Mar, Senseo CM |0 -

what department did you order from? did you sign up for the online card protection thing that tesco do? if so, i think they take a nominal figure, just to check the card is valid, then that should be credited back later. perhaps ring customer services and ask

Thanks a million for that - I've always committed the cardinal sin of just using the vouchers in the store as theres never been a deal I actually wanted/needed! But now FHM is on the magazine list and I have been buying my OH the FHM subscription for xmas every year for around £35 I can actually get something - nice one!0 -
Some months ago there was a way of getting 500 extra Tesco points. I can't find the thread now for the life of me and I have completely forgotten how to get those extra points, but I made a note that I should receive these with the next statement in November. Having today checked my balance online, it says I have accumulated 521 points. There is NO WAY I have only amassed 21 regular points in 2-3 months so am assuming that for whatever reason they haven't added the points. Before I ring them up to enquire, could anyone enlighten me to the exact deal that was? Was it a survey? It might sound better if I actually know why I should be getting 500 extra points, when I speak to them! Any ideas? Help!Reclaimed thanks to this site:
