hi guys sorry if its in the wrong place but anyone else had any problems like me and what did u do
i was very upset by two of tescos staff
i am a mother of two and have been using tescos active fit nappys for sometime. i recently purchased 2 of the big bags of the active fit nappys size 4 and size 5 for my children but since they have changed my children leak from the nappys.i have had countles wet sheets clothes and bedding i put my youngest to bed a 6pm and by 9pm she was awake screaming because she was soaked through as was her cot
i did not manage to get back to the store i brought them from for a week but when i returned them with the receipt i was made to feel stupid by the two staff i stood there for 10 mins just being looked at by staff
first off they said oh i dont think we do refunds on nappys (i never asked for a refund in the first place)
next they asked um you have got the right sizes havnt you (as if i am stupid and dont know what size nappys to buy my children)
then one of them walked off and came back and said you can change them so i went and got another pack and she said what i will have to do is refund the money (wich she had previously told me that they dont do) and then take for the new pack of nappys as there was price difference
i must say yes i look young for my age but there is no need to make assumptions and make me feel stupid
i had the same problem with some asda nappys and there customer services is fantastic i took the nappys back and the said i can change them when i took the new pack up they refunded me the old nappys and gave me the new nappys for nothing well i suppose it was for all the hassle of wet sheets and clothes i had to deal with
to be quite honest if that is what i am going to have to deal with everytime something from tescos goes wromg i will just shop elsewhere as i do not deserve to be looked down on nor do i deserve to be treated like a stupid teenager wich both of i am not0 -
If I want to convert some of my vouchers into French Life tokens, how do I do it if my vouchers are all too big? Ie only want £100 vouchers but tokens add up to £130.0

Only option is to convert all the vouchers.
The value of vouchers not needed for your holiday get reconverted into points and will be sent out with the November mailing.

BTW fishing cinema, tesco own brand products all have "our promise" on them
"We are happy to refund or replace any tesco product which falls below the high standard you expect. Just ask any member of staff."
Go pick up any tesco product in your house and you'll see this statement on the packaging.Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

Hi just a quick ( and probably stupid) question. When your tescos vouchers worth money expire is that them lost or do they store your points and you get sent an updated voucher?
Thanks

Hi just a quick ( and probably stupid) question. When your tescos vouchers worth money expire is that them lost or do they store your points and you get sent an updated voucher?
Not a stupid question at all.... You don't get an updated voucher automatically. However I think I've read somewhere you can send them back to the clubcard address just before they expire and ask for them to be re-credited back to your account, and they then just put the points back on. You might have to dig around to check that, but I think I've seen that somewhere. Alternatively if you phone up the clubcard helpline with your clubcard number after the vouchers have expired, the people at the helpline can tell that you haven't used them and they have expired, and if you ask they will re-credit your points back to the account. I phoned up recently with a query over my points balance, and the person I spoke to was looking at my details, and told me that, by the way, he could see that I had £3 of unused clubcard points from an old clubcard account that I last used back in 1999 (which I had long since forgotten ever existed!) and would I like that old account closing and the £3 of points transferring to the clubcard account I had phoned up about? And he also said I had another set of vouchers on my current account that I thought I had used up but he said were still outstanding, so he recredited those too. So I finished that phone conversation £13 of clubcard points richer! On a related note, have you joined the tesco clubs, like healthy living, and food club? They're good for lots of bonus clubcard points every so often.Indecision is the key to flexibility0 -
