cheers PaulI have also just had a letter back from lloyds this morning saying that all cases are on hold and they wont be paying out under hardship, so I have now phoned the FOS how are going to send me out a complaint form and then they will take up my case. Lloyds seem to be a LAW unto themselves0 -
:mad:Hi, am looking into reclaiming charges from Lloyds Bank, can someone please clarify what actual charges can be claimed for. Is it the extremely high charges we incur for the pleasure of having an overdraft or is it the charges that apply should you exceed the agreed overdraft limit.
Lloyds today have written to us and said they will not be renewing our overdraft, have been with them 27 years and they now decided we cant have it!!!! we are to have to arrange a payment plan!!
Can someone please clarify many thanks. Not sure if I have posted this right or not0 -

I don't see anyone who had claimed against HSBC on hardship grounds and been successful. Does any body know if HSBC have paid out on these grounds?0
