Hens can actually go through a change that gives them the apprearance of cockerals when there are none around, but they cannot reproduce with other hens..so its not a true changes. Its quite rare.

But I think that peculiarity of nature sums up this forum at times more accurately than yours

the houses are selling. the good ones , in general , 15-20% off 2007 price, although i seen one seemingly sold for full asking price and another one at about 50% of advertised price.

That seems to me to be a pretty decent offer purely on numbers.

I'd say that was a good offer too. It's funny because the price of our house has significantly reduced from peak but the houses we're looking to buy seem not to have dropped so much and are still selling (or so it would appear anyway).

I agree with the lack of good houses. I've yet to see anything that makes me want to put our house on the market for.
