Oh and the other thing - if you lose, it is not just your issue fee but your hearing fee (£50).

Well blow me down with a Feather. I didn't know that!
You've heard the budget speech now you've been told. Make lots of cash then die before you're old 'Cause we're gonna Tax Gran that's what it is We're gonna Tax Gran freeze her allowances. You better hope next winter isn't cold. We're gonna Tax Gran, we're glad she's there. To subsidize the Billionaires. We're gonna Tax Gran and this is wrong!

Or an actual solicitor's advice who can point you to Part 48.6 Civil Procedure Rules....

Oh and having just checked, it is actually £9.25 per hour. However, as it is Small Claims you have not got a hope of actually being awarded it.

I think my Wannabe Lawyer would advise me to say "No Comment" to your Wannabe Solicitor!

Sounds like a Pessimistic, negative Wannabe Solicitor anyway and I think I would sooner take notice of Gordon Brown than either you or him.;)

I never trust so called 'Constructive Advice' given by a person who Avatars with a
Rolls Eyes and a Sarcastic Grin as you did. And if being 'odd' means not running with the Sheep I will settle for that.:D

And I have no intention of responding to you here again no matter what you say.

I will save that for the Well Meaning Constructive Advice I may receive from other Forum Members.:D And they are by far in the majority I would say.:A

From my post 2nd May 2009.................

Anyway, on my return (From holiday) I have had notice from the Court that (Orange)..................
'I intend to defend all of this claim '
Orange now have 28 days from 24th April 2009 to file a defense.:D

The next move in this game of 'Chess' is to Orange.
As far as I concerned they are trying to defend the indefensible:rolleyes:

I am now waiting to hear from the Court what Orange defence is. If I do not accept what they say then I have to pay £50 for a hearing, and in this event I will do that.:D

P.S. If this is actually going to go to a Court hearing then I will also complain to the Telecoms Ombudsman Otelo for all Orange have put me through.

I requested a Deadlock letter from both Orange and DLC which was refused.

I have a lot to say to Otelo, and Media including the BBC Watchdog program if this goes an actual court hearing.

I think you will find that if proceedings have been issued they won't have jurisdiction to hear any complaint.

You must have a lot of time on your hands....:rotfl:
