The thing about DD is that in the summer there is little problem to pay with it as that is when you should be building up a surplus, and when you switch again they will have to return the cash to you if you have overpaid, or you shouldn't have too much more to pay.
    Nothing to see here

    Give it a chance!

You can raise a ticket if it's not showing after 14 days.

Just seems like i might be setting us up for hassle , its not all plain sailing half the time with these people is it.

Also , we are due a rebate in our month 13 (July)

I suppose i have answered my own question :o

I been switch testing for a while and have found switching to be "plain sailing "100% of the time. When you switch you receive any credit you have from what will be the previous supplier once the switch out is completed.

I would agree don't see why people think it is a hassle plus it is always nice getting any built-up credit :)

I contacted Quidco about the tracked amount being £62, not the expected £100. This was their reply:
Transactions can track in at the wrong amount but then rectify them self s when they become validated. If this transaction does not rectify on validation then please raise an incorrect earnings enquiry.
  • Anyone gone through topcashback and tracked at £100?

If I intend switching again after I get the cashback (as Scottish Power is not the cheapest supplier at estimated £150 per year more than current supplier) is it better to go for
ScottishPower OnlineOnline Energy Dual Fuel No Standing Charge or
    ScottishPower OnlineOnline Energy Dual Fuel
ie: will the no standing charge option work out cheaper over the next couple of months (unlikely to be using central heating) or is there not much difference?

Thanks to the you guys for the information in this thread. I've just registered on the Topcashback site and switched to SP.

Hopefully now i'll get somewhere with getting my £350 credit off NPower which they refuse to give me back.
They also refused to reduce my DD from £88, even though I live in a one bedroom flat.

Just a note of caution. I am currently with Southern Electric and applied through Top Cashback on Thursday. All went thru ok it tracked on Friday and today it has been declined by Scottish Power:mad: I am not a serial switcher infact this is the first time I have done it!
