Yes for me, For others its is down to their own usage, makes no difference as far as switching back out goes.

Hopefully now i'll get somewhere with getting my £350 credit off NPower which they refuse to give me back.
    QUOTE]

When the account gets closed down, Npower will have to repay the credit.

I am not a serial switcher infact this is the first time I have done it!

Perhaps the "serial switchers" have got a special kind of relationship with the energy companies. ;)

Now £101 cashback (quidco) or £50.50 for a single fuel switch.

EDIT: 9/5/09 Now down to £62 (double), £31 (single)

My timing is poor, I did it when it was £62 for dual fuel!!!

It's validated now and I'm switched, undecided whether to wait until it's "received" or move straight back to Eon again for £70 cashback. Nobody else is paying "decent" cashback at the moment it seems.

    im confused the tarrifd:
    ScottishPower Online
PriceSure Energy Online Dual Fuel No Standing Charge

says that you may get charged if you leave??

Please note that, ScottishPower may apply cancellation charges inclusive of VAT of £30 for electricity and £20 for gas if you switch to PriceSure Energy but then cancel your supply contract or switch to another tariff before the 31 January 2010. These charges will not be applied if the supply contract is cancelled due to a home move

Yes, the PriceSure tariffs have leaving penalties. You may want to choose a different Scottish Power tariff if you are considering not staying with them.
