absolutebounder you're living in lala land.
I wonder if you think that people can 'think' their way out of bipolar disorder for example?
And if your answer to that is 'no', as it should be, then why do you think that your cbt/nlp advice is suitable for those suffering from unipolar depression?
And if the above is not 'positive' or 'polite' enough for you then you need to look at why that is, in terms of your own mind.

So what can cure people with depression?

So can you cure bipolar depression with your methods then?
I think lithium usually helps quite a lot, just as insulin helps with diabetes!

There is no "cure" and what you know about CBT only scratches the surface of the way most depressed people feel. I would stick to helping people stop smoking if I were you.

Hmm, can't answer a straight question can you? Very dodgy. And pretty obvious that you can't 'cure' depression.

I dont answer "what if " questions as they are always a trap. You dont answer much either.

Who was limiting it to CBT.
I am sorry you believe there is no cure because many people do get cured Fact.

CBT is very useful for dealing with depression.
Here dead we lie because we did not choose
To live and shame the land from which we sprung.
Life, to be sure, is nothing much to lose,
But young men think it is,
    And we were young.

But you can't or won't elaborate?
You still haven't answered my original question - do you believe that your methods can cure bipolar disorder?
