((((Snowy)))) And I think she was being dishonest. Why have the question on the form if it wouldn't form part of the judgement and selection
I'll still keep everything crossed.

That is exactly my point of view as well!!0 -
Five minute sanity saver.
Little bear is currently taking things out and putting them back in. The things put in, the things taken out and the particular container are a bit random, but I can keep a keen ear out for him.
Today has been washing washing washing washing. Tomorrow is addressing the issue of ironing. And no water (long story).
About to have cold chicken bought oven chips and bought microwaved veggies. I am ashamed. But no so ashamed that I won't eat them.
Snowy - there is never a right answer in those sort of situations. I hope it all works out for you.
Pause in the sound of things being put in things and five minutes over - hugs to all.
Also dear heart swore to me he had taken all the screws out of the bedroom when moving furniture. Little bear handed me a small screw while I was changing him.:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: I have done a fingertip search, and haven't found anything, but I am now panicking.Ankh Morpork Sunshine Sanctuary for Sick Dragons - don't let my flame go out!0 -

Yup, that's the one.....my OH was a hockey player in Fife before he moved down here, he found it quite bizarre that his old team would be playing his new team! Was just wondering if I should be wandering down to the park at the weekend to watch you!2021 Decluttering Awards: ⭐⭐🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇 2022 Decluttering Awards: 🥇

Is it just me who can't see very much different about the site after a weekend of "upgrades"? Oh, have just noticed no emoticons as I post...... (struggles to remember what the word for the shruggy one is
)
Anyway, :grouphug: to SnowyOwl - I have been known to be economical with the truth on application forms, and on my CV, but only for the same reason, that it could cause a problem.2021 Decluttering Awards: ⭐⭐🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇 2022 Decluttering Awards: 🥇

Thanks for the suggestion of a charity donation Floss, it's better than me having to admit how skint I am, lol.

You're welcome
As I said, I've been there too. Took me over 3 months to put enough away for a donation but it was made in the end.2021 Decluttering Awards: ⭐⭐🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇 2022 Decluttering Awards: 🥇

Evening all!
Glad to see that you are all back after the upgrade, and hugs to everyone who needs or wants them. Congratulations to Katie on getting engaged!
Still not doing much OS - just feeling tired - probably not enough sunshine over the past few months!
Over the weekend, the April Grocery Challenge having commenced and me being able to spend money on food, I made chickpea and spinach curry and Quorn chilli - one portion of each to eat then and there and two portions of each to go in the freezer. Also bought a bag of YS carrots for 10p in Asda - now to think of interesting things to do with them.
Tonight's tea was bottom of the fridge soup which I took out of the freezer to defrost this morning - mainly cauliflower, but I put a lot of chillies in which helped.
Need to get cracking on my step aunt's birthday card, so will love you and leave you.
Good night, sleep tight.

Evening everyone
Well I made it to Exeter and....
I'm still in the lab... *sigh* I think it's just me
I did sort of blitz the house a little bit before I left, but had one of those slightly hyperactive doing everything at once but not finishing any of it moments, so I did half of the washing up, so now there is only a sink full rather than a sink and a surface full. I did do all of the laundry but didn't put it away and I cleaned the fridge (apart from the salad tray). I am very very tired. I picked up some bits so OH had milk and bread in as he arrives home today.
My collaborator, bless him, is a lovely person and his student is also a really nice guy, so it looks like the next few days might be good fun. They have really bent over backwards to accomodate me and that is so lovely. I'm really not used to being looked after as I have always worked on my own (well, been ignored by my bosses and left to my own devices) so it makes a nice change to be taught.
They did google me before I turned up. Apparently I have committed mass murder in the US  :rotfl::staradmin:starmod: beware of geeks bearing .gifs...:starmod::staradmin:starmod: Whoever said "nothing is impossible" obviously never tried to nail jelly to a tree :starmod:0 -
Snowy, I hope it all works out for you hun, big hugs xx
Candy, she is a little smasher, and I love her name, congratulations to you all xx0
