Plenty of sleep - don't get up as soon as you wake up. Lie still for 10 mins and get up slowly. (easy for me to do - I overslept by an hr this morning!!)
    Ginger biscuits
    Flat lemonade

and as Sami said - join us on the pregnancy thread. We have people who don't get MS (Lucky sods) and people who have it really bad - lots of advice available.

TB - I want jelly now :rotfl:

We're going to Blackpool - the tickets were going cheaper on ebay than for Manchester

Thats one good thing about being an oldie - we bought when the market was sensible! :D. DH earns a really good wage and I don't know where my salary went before I quit my job!.

i've felt similar. like something racing through my stomach. am feeling flutters at the moment. cant wait for baby to start kicking so oh can feel it. he already talks to it. daft little things. but makes me laugh :D
i have good bit of padding for baby to grow into so dont have a bump as such yet. just look a bit rounder at my waist. although in my pyjamas and mat trousers i do look quite big!!

I wanted to look big yday but bump seemed to have disappeared!!
Pj's and work mat trousers make me look HUUUUUGE!!! I've always had a little potbelly & muffin top so I do just look a little bit fat. Apparently baby will have a massive growth spurt over the next 3 weeks!!

I think that £50 a month for the first year then £10 a month after that is the bare minimum everyone under the limit (£57k?) gets.. :)
Thanks for that Elle, gives us something to work from ;)
