Hi Triker, when we tent you'd think we were going for months the amiunt of stuff we take! Am a very sad person who needs her comforts, so we take a beer fridge (food does go int it as well!), electric kettle, toaster and heater. Also a tv and dvd player! We have a queen size air bed (!) that is about 2 foot deep and inflates with electric in 23 minutes.

My sister says that's not proper camping and certainly not 2 person in a 7 berth, but hey ho I don't care!

We are going up to North York moors near Helmsley, stayed there about 3 times last year, only small site but beautifully kept x

    :T:T:T:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Brilliant, that's what I call camping.:D

Slow down, slow down...I'm still working on Thursday! LOL

  • Princess Jane, what on earth were you doing in your dance class to get bruised and battered? And how on earth do you manage to do 14 hours work in one day? That must be awful? I don’t do that much work in one week!

I'm a pole dancer, lots of hanging by your feet and upside-down jiggery pokery which leaves one battered and bruised but is lots of fun.

I only do 14ish hours on Fri. I have two jobs, one full-time and one part-time.

Mon-Thurs I work 8-6ish. Fri I work 8-5 at one job then 6-whenever at my other one.

I have three Sats a month off and work every Sun 6-whenever.

That's why I love flying as I have so little spare time but am so much happier when the house is clean and tidy.

KFC scoffed as intended - now divvying up a list of chores for me and the OH.

You must be incredibly fit! That's hard work... let alone doing the hours you're putting in. Are both your jobs dancing? If so, you must be shattered - well done on actually managing to fly at all. :T:T:T

Now I feel guilty about sitting here procrastinating... only worked a 10 hour day yesterday, and all of that was sitting on my bum :o

the mess is not shifting
i've just spend cleaning / tidying for 90 minutes non stop - and you can't see anything!!!!! :(

    i did:
sorted cloakroom (dh used it instead bathroom for not to wake anyone)
changed sheet on our bed and turned and vacuumed matress
    got kids dressed
vacuumed master bedroom (i hate that job)
sorted ALL dh clothes! (he won't be happy :D)
kids vacuumed their rooms ... ehm still doing it. it's going on and off all the time

but i've done my 100 fling (including clothes) - and a bag for the charity shop

now i need a sit down and a drink and think about lunch ... and then actually do some :rotfl:

Have to agree, you put us to shame Princess Jane - I'd love to be fit again... :(

But Greenbee, don't knock what you've done - I know what 10 hours sitting at a computer does to you - it makes you very tired because of brain strain and eye strain plus no movement means you're muscles are not working and ache when you do go to do anything, so I think you do great with the job you have - much better than me and I don't do half the hours you do... well done you too! :T:T:T
