Took DD1 to work and it was a lovely drive, still a bit misty but the sun was poking through - it was glorious, even littley enjoyed the fresh air (she was a little bit sick this morning but had to take her) so, probs no trip to the park but that's ok it'll still be there whenever. Also I cleaned the bathroom after she'd been sick - on the floor - so that's another thing crossed off.

Tuesday twinkles! - Living room, hall and stairs!
    Level Two
    Wash windows
dust and deweb!.. don't forget furry skirtings!
    mop the floor

Wonderful Wednesday - Kitchen and dining room
    Wash windows and sills
    Level Three
    Sweep and mop the floor

    Thursday Scrub-a-dub ~ bathroom/loo and cruddy study!
    Level One
    Declutter the clutter!
throw out 100 things from the house!
    Level Two
    Wash/vacuum floors
Clean the baths/basins/bogs etc and the keyboard and mouse!

    Level Three
Declutter the pc desk and give it a wipe!
Wash all the windows and doors
Empty all the bins AFTER 15 minutes filing/shredding!

    Friday fun! - childrens rooms
We need these looking nice for when the children go back to school so I think it is only fair they help clear up!
    Level One
Clear the floors in the childrens room.. throw out any broken toys and find some that are no longer needed that can be sent to charity shop or given away.
Drag everything out from under the bed too.. there is floor under there!!
    Level Two
    Change the childrens bedding/wash curtains
Vacuum mattress (after turning & wiping any waterproof sheets) and floors
    Wash window
    Level Three
Sort through a clothing cupboard.. anything outgrown?
Put any discs back in cases and books back on shelves etc
Dust.. lightshades, curtain poles, games consoles/PC's etc

    Extras
    1. Make sure coats and shoes and uniforms are ready for school and homework is all done so you can relax the second week of holidays!
    2. Wipe any sticky handprints and dirty marks off walls and doors
    3. Wipe down the paintwork & radiators
    4. Clean out any pets!
    My list:
take DD1 to work (and probs back again)
    WM
    load DW
    S&S kitchen
    make beds

    Skip run?
    prep spuds for tea
    tidy living room
    hoover through
    fill out form
    dry washing

It doesn't look like much crossed off but it was loads in reality lol Had hot cross buns for brekkie, well, I did no-one else liked them  and am just finishing my brew then will get back to it.

    Fling list 25/100 :T

Morning everyone, did nothing other than get in from work, sort tea which meant picking up a takeaway, run DD's friends home and drop DD off, emptied the bin.:D

Going away this weekend for a bike do, my trike is poorly so I'll take the car, and lug all the tents and stuff in that. There could have been the option of me going on the back of OH but my glutinus maximus is still a little sore re the stitches so I'll pass up that particular option I think.;):D

What is nice is that we can readily find everything like tent, sleeping bags etc. Usually there's a last minute panic and stress a rama whilst we try to locate everything.

I'm also going to try to save a bit of cash so will take the camping stove for brews and stuff.

Going to declutter another cofffee, have a shower and get myself sorted. I'll set off later.

May try a little fling before I leave.:j

Greenbee - from what I saw of you at Brockenhurst, you ain't got a weight problem hun. And I really envied you your complexion

Thanks soappie! I can share the secrets of my complexion:

    1. Drink water or herbal/yogi tea pretty much constantly
    2. Exercise hard several times a week - sweating clears everything out, and this works better than saunas/steaming/facials
    3. Rosehip oil (I get mine from www.little-green-nursery.com) every night. I'm pretty sure it makes my eyelashes longer and thicker too!

... and as a result, you can't tell I had appalling acne in my 20s!

I've been to the gym. I knocked 5 seconds off my 1km rowing time, but only managed a 1 minute run as my left calf muscle was objecting violently. I've also picked up half a dozen bricks so that i can get the sink level that I'm going to plant my herbs in, and offloaded half a simnel cake on my personal trainer!

Now I just need to put my list together, as I want to get everything done before I go away for the week and then I don't have to worry about how much I have to do before going back to work.

Morning - makes a change for me to say that :D

Had a really long lie in this morning which I really shouldnt do as I always get up with a headache but hopefully plenty of sugar should sort that out by mid morning - ps it is mid morning for some

Am just going to prepare lists for the kids to do their own rooms and then I'll head into the bathroom and clean before I get in the shower.

Right - lists, and check Aldi website for storage offers (thanks nicki) ETA - I cant find any on the website, were they just a special in your local store

Hi Triker, when we tent you'd think we were going for months the amount of stuff we take! Am a very sad person who needs her comforts, so we take a beer fridge (food does go in it as well!), electric kettle, toaster and heater. Also a tv and dvd player! We have a queen size air bed (!) that is about 2 foot deep and inflates with electric in 23 minutes.

My sister says that's not proper camping and certainly not 2 person in a 7 berth, but hey ho I don't care!

We are going up to North York moors near Helmsley, stayed there about 3 times last year, only small site but beautifully kept x
