Vanquis Increases / Statements

I'm on my 7th or 8th statement, and never had an increase. Still £250 limit, always paid by DD and never gone over!

huh charming - hope they don't do that with me or they can shove it where the sun shines quite hot!

OH has vanquis, one increase and that was it. She doesn't use it tho TBH she has a barclaycard

Yes. Not every month, but out of the 7 months i have had it, i reckon i have used it 5 of those months.

mine has never gone over half available credit.
im testing them,whilst i pay off other cards.
im now at 1900 with limit of 2000.im guessing it goes to 2250 in 30 days.

Ive just had another statement (today) but still no increase! I dont get them!

i got my vanquis increased from 250 to 500 after apx 9 months and then a further increase up to 1250 11 months after the first increase

just wondering how long between the account opening and the first payment is to be made?
as the account opened around the beginning of April and when i spoke to customer services they said the 10th of June is the 1st payment date but i'm really concerned that it may be earlier than that.

Or does that sound about right?

That doesn't sound correct to me.

I think it is usually every 28days? I would suggest calling the automated service, input card details and DOB and press the option for balance. It will then say something like " Your account balance is £100 and your payment due date is 5th May"
