Yea ok if they did put a ccj on your file, it would have to show under court info - not credit agreements as it is utilities.
as it would register under court data, you could have this section hidden from lenders with NOC and counterclaim for damages from the utilities.

yes makes perfect sense and dont doubt it for a minute.
her ccj has dropped off now.it was for a large amount and they were paitent with her.
im sure im probably wrong,but from memory i think the h/ assocition she was with made them sing,agreements/deals or contracts with them to pay utilities or something along those lines.basicly i think the area was a nightmare for all utility comps.
mind you it was about 12 years back nowlittlewoods/littlewoods direct/marshall ward/kays/greatuniversal/empire stores/addittions/grattans/next/ambrose wilson.barclay card/cap1/bos/vanquis gold/vodafone/3 .dell finance/currys finance

they do have a cheaper number and it is 01634816300
and its exactly the same as the 0870 number
and yes it does allow you to get through to a customer advisor.
In fact this will be the only number i will use to contact them and so should you!
This number is always busy now it used to work iv the the 0800 one but I need one to use on a mobile.0 -
