  • Yea but social housing can't add a CCJ for anything other than debt owing on rent or council tax. You're missing my point, severn trent cannot isue a ccj (well they can) but it'd be bonkers cos it would cost more to enforce than most debts (assuming under £500).... do you follow me? Most would write it off.

    Yea ok if they did put a ccj on your file, it would have to show under court info - not credit agreements as it is utilities.

    as it would register under court data, you could have this section hidden from lenders with NOC and counterclaim for damages from the utilities.

    yes makes perfect sense and dont doubt it for a minute.
    her ccj has dropped off now.it was for a large amount and they were paitent with her.
    im sure im probably wrong,but from memory i think the h/ assocition she was with made them sing,agreements/deals or contracts with them to pay utilities or something along those lines.basicly i think the area was a nightmare for all utility comps.
    mind you it was about 12 years back now

    Unfortunatly not at the moment. I am soon get get my third statement so am hoping for an increase ;)

    I am sure you will get your increase, my limit increased from £250 to £500 on 3rd statement.

    In fact this will be the only number i will use to contact them and so should you!


    This number is always busy now it used to work iv the the 0800 one but I need one to use on a mobile.

    It ranges really, it could be your 3rd, 4th or even your 6th.
