Newly registerd on the site and finding it really helpfull...
Reading the posts in the forum, this template seems to have helped alot of people get their money back. I took out my policy on 2002 so i think i would qualify for a refund

Was wondering if you would be kind enough to send me the template also.

I also am in total shock!! I took out this policy in March 2002 after seeing the adverts on TV. Hopefully I will be able to get a full refund to reinvest. Could someone also send me a letter template please? Thanks in advance

It looks to me as though you fall in the period. There is an FRA ruling I found which details this. It wont let me post the link on here, but if you search in google for 'fsa AXA cashbuilder' it appears at the top of the list.

I didn't manage to get a copy letter from anybody on the forum so devised my own. The result was an immediate response from AXA offering to cancel the policy and pay out all premiums + interest. Within 14 days the whole things was cleared up. To get a rapid response it has to be directed the appropriate part of AXA.

I've sent you a generic copy of the letter. Good luck!
