Kirkland Institutional Laundry Detergent in a white oblong plastic bucket with blue lid. They claim over 400 washes! I only know that it lasts a long, long time:D I find it very good but always add washing soda as they recommend it on OS for removing grease and keeping your machine scale free. HTH :)

We have bought this ever since joining above a year ago, must get
more than 400 washes as washing machine is on at least 2 if not more times a day- its good stuff :D

Does anyone know if costco do the boxes of big green triangle chocolates - the supersized ones from quality street?

  • I went yesterday and didn't notice any. I was quite suprised how few biscuits and chocolates there were actually, but thought everything else was great.

I went to Reading Costco yesterday and found 3 little bargains all 97p each, so must be clearing them out, like they did with the Starbucks coffee.

Twin Pack of sweet freedom natural sweetener
(not many left, about half a pallet)

    Schwartz Mixed Spice (loads left)

Schwartz Bacon Bits (none left, only saw the SEL for it :( )

The Kirkland boots have now been moved to near the tills. Loads of them scattered around outside of their boxes (lazy people who can't spend 2 seconds replacing them in their boxes) They had the new juniour version with the button, too.

Oh, the Scotch steak mince is £3 per pack so look for the cheaper packs and this works out better value as the discount is per pack, not per kilo.

Costco have changed their Michelin-only tyre policy and now sell Continental tyres at a lower price. Great news for those who want choice.

There are 12 rolls in a pack - sheet size is three times bigger than usual though! (I think they're about £15 inc.)

We probably buy one pack of rolls every 3 or so months and we are very heavy kitchen roll users.

    Definitely worth the money.

Despite being a customer of theirs for a few years, we've never used them for tyres. What are the prices like and do they also rotate/balance them when they replace them?
