Ok lets clear this up! i work for costco as a suspervisor on the tills and the rules that are set by HQ say that coupons must be issued by the member for the discount

As another poster said - all you do is take the product back get a refund and buy it again - so whoever is telling you this on the tills is wasting everyones time.

I know the management there very well I will raise it with them next week when I go and let you know.
