Construction for Costco Farnborough is finally underway, according to AddictedtoCostco: Estimated opening time is June 2013:

    "Farnborough, Hampshire, UK
The new Costco location in Farnborough is set to open by the end of June 2013. Work started this month on the 144,000 square foot building and they are looking for a very quick 6 month turnaround until they can open to the public! The contractor is the same one that built the new Costco in Leicester as well as three other Costco stores, so they probably have this down by now. Hopefully everything will go smoothly and they will indeed be open in June."

I am now beyond excitement! Reading Costco is way too far for me! Yippeeee!

Cos how can you be gloomy, when the sun shines out your bum? :D
  • Costco are doing a pack of three Revlon mascara for £6.57, working out at a bargain £2.19 each. There are two black and one blackest brown in each pack.

    Hi all!
I've got my mum coming up next week in the car, so thought I'd make the most of it & do a Costco shop. I was just wondering if they do a Kirkland washing liquid/gel? I know they sell powder, but our machine doesn't work that well with powder, so we use liquid most of the time.
Thanks in advance for your help. :)

Milton Keynes didn't have the powder when I was there on Monday
Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.

The diggers are there??? Fantastic! I am seriously beside myself now!

Hopefully, they'll be back at my work to sign people up again. My card lapsed in 2010 and I havent bothered to renew it. Reading was just too far away for me.

I've been waiting for this moment for almost two years, from the original planning application, to it being withdrawn, and then it being reinstated and the hassle Rushmoor Council put them under almost rejecting it (silly old men sitting round a table without a clue - arguing that it would bring another opticians and Farnborough didn't need another opticians of all the things! Made me sooo mad!!)

To finally see it up and open will be the highlight of my year :D

I can only imagine how excited I would be if Costco were to build a new warehouse close to me! Trouble is, I would be in there every week and it would probably bankrupt me!
