Have to get eyes tested somewhere. Hospital request to check if at risk of a certain condition rather than my doubting if need glasses though may be moving that direction for close stuff.

Is Costco any good? Whats the cost in comparision to elsewhere?

Heading to Costco tomorrow to get some sushi, great value.

The one thing that they've done to upset me is stop selling catering-sized tubs of bacon flavour sprinkles (Schwartz). We loved those things! Great for making layered salads, unfortunately can only now get in Asda - a small little tub for £1.50

If anyone happens to know where to get the big ones, please met me know!

Further to my details regards availability of these in MAKRO ..............

    Einat Bacon Flavoured Crunchy Toppings

    240g for £1.70

I think it's about £109.00. I know I looked at it and it was cheaper than the Tefal Actifry.

Thanks for letting me know. It is £109, I ended up buying one.
  • Just received my new booklet of offers starting 19th September...They have £50 off Maytag Washing Machine / Condenser Dryer and Dishwasher, selling at £395.98 each. Any reports on Maytag Washing Machines would be useful.

Visited Croydon last night. The Christmas Borghese brush sets are in stock at £14.99 ex-VAT. 10 brushes, a roll case and a compact mirror (covered with diamantes I think).

I really like the brush set I bought from them, and would recommend them if anybody is thinking of buying. The powder and foundation brushes (the ones I use the most) did shed a few hairs at the beginning, but are now fine and haven't lost any since the 1-2 weeks of use. The main eyeshadow brush hasn't lost any (that I've seen). HTH

Hi, I have just seen George Forman indoor/outdoor grill at Costco which looks really good. It's around £36 Inc vat. I am looking to replace my lean grilling machine and hubby has pointed out that there is no top grill in this one. Has anyone bought one? It looks a lot cheaper than the normal grills for the size. Any pros/cons gratefully received. Thanks. Esther

...can't comment personally on their washing machines but my mum bough a fridge freezer from them that broke within a couple of months, if I remember right it came with a free hoover which also broke. We swore never to buy maytag again had a quick look and found these reviews on an australian site that might be of help
