last time we went they had Felix 'good as it looks' for adult cats, but not the kitten version.
Went to Oldham Costco today. It was heaving!
The Litter Purrfect is currently £9.18 inc VAT for 13.6kgs and they had no Felix kitten, nor Whiskas complete biscuits
They did have some very nice leather handbags by Le Sac for £40 ish, in black, cream or red - may nip back for one of those later this week! They also have the Xmas stuff in, some lovely Head branded warm lined ladies gloves (which leapt into the trolley without mr newleaf noticing), and the Shearling boots.Official DFW Nerd No 096 - Proud to have dealt with my debt!0 -
COSTCO are selling a Halogen Oven from Monday 29th August for £23.98 (That includes the VAT)
12 Ltrs 1400 Watt. Black.
The lady in the Thurrock branch said that the black versions were selling out really quickly, there were only two left when I went to pick one up earlier (there was still a whole pallet full of white ones though)
Trying out a roast chicken in it at the mo, seems to be doing a great job so far, but we shall see ones its done...Matthew, Izzy, Suzie, Harry, Darwin. My husband my cats, the main things that matter in my life...0 -
We never use our normal oven since we got the halogen one from Costco! We used to use a Remoska, but got sick of it tripping the electric, so we switched to halogen and never looked backOfficial DFW Nerd No 096 - Proud to have dealt with my debt!0

Chicken came out great, took 55mins altogether (was only 1.3kg). Trial and error, we did have to turn it after 40mins as it wasn't quite cooked enough.
Got to go back to costco tomorrow as the sister-in-law wants one now..:)Matthew, Izzy, Suzie, Harry, Darwin. My husband my cats, the main things that matter in my life...0 -
Got ours today from Costco too, cooked steak and ribs in there

Can you do chips in one of those halogen ovens?
Was looking to get the Philips Airfryer, as it is on offer, but not sure that the basket will be big enough as we are a family of 5!
Have also heard bad things about the Actifry on the reliability front..0 -
We cook oven chips in ours, they come out great, and quicker than a normal oven too.Official DFW Nerd No 096 - Proud to have dealt with my debt!0
