Can someone clarify if the coupons you get sent through the post from Costco have to be shown at the till or does the discount just come off the till automatically?
I joined Costco a couple of years ago, through my company, however I then left the company so couldnt find a way of getting a membership. That was until I went on holiday to the US, where anyone can be a costco member. You dont need proof of anything just hand over $50! Which is great as I can still use my card here. But, I wont get coupons posted to me anymore which is why Im wondering the above?
thanks0 -
No, it's automatically discounted. No free lunch, and no free laptop

We don't get the coupon books anymore either since OH joined through his company rather than as an individual member so I look on here to see what's worth shopping for and it's automatically taken off

the prices scan at full price, but the tills have a single barcode that they should scan at end and deducts all current offers.Any posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as (financial) advice.0

Just a quick note to those asking about the Borghese makeup brushes, I bought them today in Croydon, and although the price was up as £15.99 ex VAT, they scanned at reduced price of £9.97 ex VAT!! At that price my sister bought a set to try too. If they're good then it's a bargain and if not I'll know not to buy them again. Btw on the shelf there were only 3 left (maybe more stock somewhere else though?) and don't know if reduced at all branches. HTHNo buying unnecessary toiletries/makeup in May: Unnecessary spend £17.60
May INs: 14 UUs/OUTs/GAs: 11
2012 INs: 77 UUs/OUTs/GAs: 91
Savings from UUs: £60.50
