Another plus vote for the £3.99 frozen cookies from us. Bought them after reading on here, and made some tonight. My friends ate them so fast I thought I was seeing things :rotfl:

I've just come back from buying supplies for a party my grandmother is throwing, and we bought some of their mince pies. They're probably the best I've ever tasted. Much recommended.
  • just noticed the joseph joseph chopping boards on offer this week at costco £16.44

just seen them on debenhams for £37.80

The mince pies in Edinburgh Costco had a use by date of the 17/11...I have no room in the freezer so just left them. Hopefully they'll still have them next week.
Also they had loads of cream, fresh cream, all use by date of 17/11. There is no way I would use a litre of cream in two days so I had to leave that as well. We use a litre in a week at best. The man in front of me looked at the date and put his back on the shelf. Does anybody know what Costco do with stuff that's out of date ?

Could anyone visiting Costco in the next couple of days check the price of the Tefal Actifry for me?

    Would be most grateful :)

That's something that really annoys me about costco, they often have really sort dates on things like dairy, I forgot to check the date once and ended up with 1 litre of yoghurt that was dated less that 48hrs after I bought it!
I've never seen anything reduced like the yellow stickers in supermarkets though...
My mum bought some slimfast there once that was OOD, she only realised once home and had to return it
The very best is sometimes what nature gives us for free.

I bought these using the voucher book on 1st Nov...after buying them im undecided as to wether im going to use them or return...they look great but have had rotten reviews on Amazon .
PS,My Costco ones dont have the full metal case(one problem reported in Amazon is that this cracks),My costco ones only have a partial surround type casing.Apparantly this is the newer style, dunno if that means the boards have improved too. http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0040YOPW6/ref=asc_df_B0040YOPW61318674/?!!!!!dooyoocouk-21&creative=22110&creativeASIN=B0040YOPW6&linkCode=asn
