NON OS ALERT!!
Guess where I am going tomorrow?? NPower are taking me and the girls from work to see the Grand National - with lunch :j Although, since we aren't paying it is MSE

If I see a television camera I will wave to all my OS friends

Burgers from the RTC section at the Co-op for tea - they are yummy

It seems to be a silly thing that all the kids do to each other. No idea why either :rolleyes: I've had a look at the facebook site today & replied on the discussion board saying who I was on here. I bet it'll be inundated over the weekend :rotfl:

We've got a few friends who've got chooks, they tell us we can have chicks when they hatch but then they keep them all when they hatch - they fall in love with them and can't let them go :rolleyes: I can't chance ending up with a cockerel (built-up area, I don't want to give neighbours a reason to complain) so I need to know I'm definitely getting hens and I don't know how to sex them when they're little

Rescue hens - I like the idea of this but can't find any in our area, is there a website that lists this sort of thing?

I know where to get feed etc from, it's getting the chooks themselves that I'm struggling with :rolleyes:

A brief update, BIL1 & his GF have split up, BIL1 has found a flat to move into, so we're safe, at least until he get's thrown out for non-payment of rent!

Pen-Pen - I too have had my hair cut, after 9 years of being short and spikey am growning it (well trying to) into a bob, at the moment it is a bit inbetweeny, can't decide if it will be a bob one one day or am just looking like an old lady with no style :rotfl:I too loved Mamma Mia, but then again I loved Abba when it wasnt fashionable to love em, my mates used to laugh at me.

Trying to think of a bit of OS here....well I did still eat my fishfinger sarnie tonight even though I burnt the fishfingers. Friday nights is a no cook night and OH isn't home tonight and I was on the phone too long, still it still tasted nice.

Know I've been awol for a while, had a bit of a health scare, all is ok now. Made me think a lot.

Typical that just when I come back all is closing for a while :rotfl:story of my life

That's how I have my hair too!!!!!

Have just been looking on Rightmove and someone who has had their house up for sale at the same time we did have sold theirs!!!!!!

I'm glad for them but if someone wanted to buy a house why not buy ours? Grh!!!

Not looking forward to the viewing tomorrow and definately not getting my hopes up.
