The thing is that I have a good job in sales. If its just this darn town and job well I could easily find a better paying one back in London. I also have no friends here but I do in London. Maybe emigrating to london is the answer!
I just need to stop being skatty and choose a place

When you say you have a good job in sales are you referring to the one that you are walking out of due to the way they treat you?!!?

Abby you are crazy. This job is pants, to the point of you considering something else. You have some au pairing in PAris it will be amazing.

You have cold feet, nothing more So p[ut your best foot forward and get out of here, if its really that bad, youll be able to get a job if you want to come back!!!!

You have rehomed your cat and are ready to go- is the only thing stopping you now, the paypal money- and the fear?
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

    This Ive come to know...

money and the fear that I'd be making a big mistake.

I wanted to go to drama school when I was 18, I turned down the offer (stupidest thing I ever did) because I was scared to leave my family. I could audition for 2010 but only if I paid off my debts which I could do within 15 months. If I go to Paris I'd have a great experience but I wouldn't pay them off. So do I choose a place or what makes me happy.

I'm bloody miserable in this town. Seriously it is right depressing

Have you ever heard of "feel the fear and do it anyway?"

Theres a book of it, you might be able to grab it from the library, however, whenIve read it just thougt the title says it all.

Theres plenty of things in this life to be scared of, nervous about, we all are nervy about something from time to time. But you cannot- or rather- should not- allow that fear of what might happen paralyse you and trample on your dreams.

You have already missed out on drama school for the fear of leaving your parents, why let another dream go to the wall.

My OH has always claimed hes scared of heights. I personally love heights, the feats of engineering, and the tremendous views , I love it! Once I was on top of a mountain after getting off a cable car ( this was before I met OH) abd it was so high I actually walked through clouds- and I opened and closed my mouth and tasted them. What an experience. When I showed OH the pics, he said "Id probably never go on that cable car!" I said to him right then and there- missing out on life for a silly fear is not an option take that fear and throttle it right out of your life.

I was so proud of him, when last year he went on this:

Make it a goal to have your debts paid off by Christmas, then plan to move next Spring, so within a year you can be gone with no debt following you around, that way you could take whichever job you really wanted.

In the meantime, live on less money, pay off the debt, build up a slush fund to help get you settled in a new place, go to night classes for drama, languages, whatever you want to do full time in the near future.

Perfect planning prevents poor performance translates to all walks of life - jumping in might not make the grass on the other side so green, but with good preparation the world can be your oyster.

    Good Luck!:D

I was lucky enough to have been able to travel in my late teens early 20's and it was best thing ever, you will cope trust me :D
Life in the UK is going to be very rubbuish for the next few years with higher taxes more unemployment etc ..France is a great place to be as is Spain ( I have a house in Spain which I bought a few years back ) and I will be moving to Spain in the next 3-5 years for a good few years, Life is more relaxed weather is superb.

Next post from you I want to read is saying you have the Air ticket

    Go to Paris, abby x
:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.

I checked National Express and I can get a coach from here to Paris for £55. Its 18 hours but I get in at 6amish which is when the family arrives back in Paris

    I'm not teasing!

There was a development in the flat saga, after I was sorta chucked out I've been staying with my Managing Directors Mother..which shows they do care but it means I have to watch my behaviour I mean like every little thing and also it means I don't want to cause her stress by upping and leaving
