I'm having problems with layout of drop down boxes (just confirmed this is a firefox issue). Also when I try to set up a standing order my other A&L accounts are not in the drop down list (same with IE)
Edit, otherwise I like it. More like lloyds. Not a fan of FD online myself - why it has to have a pop-up god only knows0 -

True, I stand corrected!
Website does seem to be working smoothly for me now anyway, but it still asks where I was born everytime, I think I can live with that though!
Cheers

My one asks where I was born if I use firefox, but doesn't if I use IE.buses7675 wrote:True, I stand corrected!

Microsoft Money downloads are still messed up. I'm sure I didn't spend £55,000 at the pub, even if I did get cashback!0 -

Hi all! Although I like with the idea of added security, I wasn't impressed with the new internet look. Not only that it became too slow the wordings and number became microscopic(too small) even on the print out.The previous one has been fine and never been had a problem.0

it apparently only asks additional (dob) security if it thinks you are on a different computer.Maybe switch between firefox and ie sends a different electronic footprintmr_fishbulb wrote:My one asks where I was born if I use firefox, but doesn't if I use IE.

i have been trying to get on server since 7pm yesterday - prob 40 attempts - not once got any more than the 1073676257 error message.
what a bunch of incompetants - why dont they revert to the old system and sort the coding out behind the scenes
who can get on server and who cannot0 -
I have to say like others that I am not impressed, the old one was much better to negotiate. I have also been told that it does not recognise computer even though I have managed to get to my accounts. I can't see how asking my place of Birth is going to improve things. It all seems like a load of extra hastle and info to remember. The only thing that might be good is that if it is dificult for the rightful owners to log in, will it be evne more confusing for the fruadsters? Probably not! Amyway personal rant over... for now!0

Been trying to log on since Wednesday (now Friday) and still cannot log on, phoned help desk who were of no help whatsoever.
Does anyone know of a free phone no for A&L so I can pester them?0 -
Is anyone else still have login problems with A & L? Ive only just signed up & have tried to login over 20 times in the last 48 hours. Got in once. I have had a combination of errors, session expired messages, esstential maintainence messages. Of course the help line is a waste of time.
anyone else in the same boat?0
