Lightspeed Surveys (merged)

I hadn't received any surveys for over 6 months so I emailed them to ask why and it turned out that accessing Lightspeed from abroad meant my account was blocked from having surveys sent to it! They said they'll unblock it now but I'm surprised they didn't notify me of this in the first place.0

No one has mentioned it so it may just be coincidence, but since I loaded the software my computer seems to be taking longer to start up. Is it just me?Anyone who lives within their means suffers from a lack of imagination:beer:

It seems to take much longer for both Internet Explorer and Firefox to open up on my computer now - and that's only really happened since I installed the software. Hmm... Maybe I'll keep it for a month or so and get some points then uninstall it!0 -

It's not just you no...
I saw my mother-in-law had downloaded this bit of software and removed it instantly.
it needed to reboot to fully remove the software, which means it affect the start-up of the computer (the registry).
IMO installing this kind of software is very risky. it inserts another stage between you and your browser. Everything you do is scanned including if you use online webmail or banking. How do you know for sure that they completly disregard everything except for the ads? What scanning methods do they use and could they mistakenly capture images or text by accident?
If you've noticed any difference in the speed of your browsing, or the times your browser crashes IT WILL BE THIS SPYWARE.
is it worth risking it for a couple of extra points?0 -
I also got asked to download this software........ deleted the email and DIDN'T download.....very ,very risky!!!!!!!!!!NOT WORTH THE POINTS!0
