That's also happened to me ... is it survey B16374 by any chance?

I think they must have realised the fault, I got the email for that survey, but didn't get to log on to do the survey until much later in the evening. I tried to start the survey but the page I got told me I had paused (despite never having tried to take the survey before) and is infact still on my members page to be done.

I would email lightspeed if your still stuck without the points, they emailed me to tell me there was a fault, but not that they were going to fix it, just thanks, we've looked into it, its a fault.
  • i did a survey friday and havent had points put on its usuaally instant
should i email or leave a bit longer?
plus the survey i did was still on my available surveys till this morning strange

Good luck emailing...I did a survey at the start of April for 160 points, which were never credited. I've now emailed 'Lauren' 5 times, and not a single reply. I've tried to be polite in the emails, just asking if they could please look into it for me - but I think a more strongly worded one might be needed soon. Mind you, that will probably get ignored too!

I've found them to be fairly good in terms of quick Paypal rewards etc, but it seems that when something goes wrong there's nobody to help you :(

Attempting to pay off our debts! Balances Jan 2018 -
    Family member £3,700 - Virgin CC £1,000 - MBNA £1,700 - Barclaycard £2,500 (was £2,700) - Halifax CC £1,280

I know some people have had a problem with delayed payments to paypal from Lightspeed.

I changed some points into my paypal on the 7th May....just had an email, and checked paypal and its in my account.

Had 3 surveys yesterday all offering entries to the lightspeed draws and not points, I closed them all and did not complete them.

I also did not get paid for the last survey I did for points which was before christmas! What I thought was odd is that although its listed that I have completed it my points balance did not go up so just keep an eye on both because if it goes down in the list as completed you might not notice that your points havent actualy gone up
    Thanx

Yes, and I came here in the hope that other people would be discussing it! I'm not sure if I should do it or not - I don't like the idea of being tracked, although it's probably harmless?!
