Just had another survey from LS, blinking crazy past 3 days, but i managed to get the 110 points for this one.

Most of my surveys I get 110 points!

Not heard a peep from them myself for about two weeks- maybe they have spotted I am near to cashing out!

Have you filled out all the questionaires? Lightspeed seem to be the most active - I sometimes get two a day.

I'm weally impressed with Lightspeed. I tried to redeem 2300 points for £20 paypal the other day, but got a screen saying a technical error had occurred and then got no confirmation email from perks.com although the 2300 points were deducted :(

So I emailed Lauren and thought I'd be chasing for ages ... Instead I had an email within a day saying they were sorry it had gone wrong and the points would go back on in a day or so - and then another email today to say the points had gone on :) Go lightspeed customer service !

Its nice to hear that someone has been impressed with the customer service from Lightspeed.

I usually see people saying that they havent heard anything etc. Ive never had a problem with Lightspeed, i receive a good number of surveys a week, do the mini polls, and have never had any hassle redeeming my points.

I'm with Lannyloo - haven't had any problems redeeming points with Lightspeed at all.

Did have a period of about 8 months where I wasn't getting any survey invites though, but an e-mail to Lauren helped to put that right at the end of last year.

I tend to swap my points for Amazon vouchers and I got £25 just before Christmas and I'm nearly ready to ask for another £25, so I'm pretty pleased with them!

I have stopped doing the mini pols on lightspeed now because I have not had a survey for months apart from ones that either did not work or ones that they give you entries into the lightspeed draws instead of the points. They never used to do this and its a sneaky way of getting info from you without paying out points.

I think if more members stop doing these non points paying surveys they might start doing something about it and start sending out proper paying surveys again.

I just had another one saying they will give 50 lightspeed draw entries instead of points for completing a full survey so I just closed it I'm not encouraging them to think they can start paying us this way rather than points
    Thanx

I'm really impressed with Lightspeed. I did my first cashing in for £35 worth of John Lewis vouchers on Wednesday the 6th and they arrived today!

I get fed up with the number of surveys I get that I get part way through - having already answered significant questions - to then be told I don't qualify and will get draw entry points - that seems a sneaky way to get info as Lady K says

Today I responded to one as soon as it arrived - answered quite a few questions then was told that the survey was full!

Plus the number of points per survey seems to be mostly 80 now but still the same length of time. Definitely going downhill!

    rant over!

A few weeks back I used to always get like 110.

I am wondering.. how many entries do people have into the draw?

    I won, I won, I won!
I have also noticed that the points have gone down to 80 for most surveys and they seem longer. Also is it me or have the points needed for vouchers gone up to?
