    yeah, all my surveys are for 80 points now :( have had no problems redeeming vouchers though.
  • It's funny, I was just thinking I haven't had a survey through from Lightspeed in months, and was getting them a few times a week previously. I wonder if something has changed at the company. Maybe business is bad!

    Its so odd that survey sites all seem to be going down hill- its not just lightspeed that are getting low on payment/bad on actually adding on points, toluna, ciao, even pureprofile...

    I thought "in this economy" that customer service counted for more then its money's worth- I thought survey sites were a way companies gathered information on potential customers so they could gear their services towards any customers.

    Guess that thing about extra-good customer service was all just a fable.

    I guess in 'this economy' companies just want to pull through rather than spending money on market research. Presumably when things pick up we'll see an increase in surveys again.

    It seems like I'm in the minority here, but I've been with Lightspeed for about four years and have completed countless surveys and received lots of Amazon vouchers. They seem to go through phases of sending no surveys, then a whole bunch will turn up at once like buses!

    I've never complained if I'm unable to complete as survey, as I figure that I'm getting paid easy money for doing very little anyway!

    I had the same problem at end of last year. I contacted them and apparently my account had been blocked because I had accessed the site from France.

    So I would check with them because since they have re-activated the account I am receiving regular surveys (of course, some I can't complete) but overall I am happy with what I get. It helps keep my Paypal account topped up for e-bay purchases.
  • Is it just me, or do Lightspeed not reply to emails, ever?! I did a survey for them about 3 weeks ago now and the points were not credited to my account. Have emailed four times about it, and got no response at all - even though my emails were polite. They're still sending me survey invites so my account's not been deactivated or anything - they're just ignoring me!

    I'm fairly new to Lightspeed but been doing other survey sites for years, and I have to say I think that's a terrible way to treat your panelists! :confused: Not very happy!

  • Hi glitterjunkie, they always used to answer emails but I found it was generally a standard reply that never helped much, saying that if you had completed the survey the points would be added within so many days, but Ive always found that if they dont go on straight away, then you never get them! I emailed them a few days ago as I did a long arduous survey and they have not replied to it.
