    lightspeed are fcking useless with regard to their proffesionlism (lack of)

    they dont provide a proper reponse to surveys crashing - their response is limited to tuff fcking luck

    if you even get a response is like they have a hamster doing the replys
  • Did anyone else sign up for the nielson net ratings thing? I had to email the mysterious lauren to get my week 1 £5, which turned up eventually. Still waiting for my 1 month £5. i've got rid of it since then.

    Not keen on the idea of people monitoring which websites I visit. Ahem.
  • :mad: I'm so cross! I've just completed 75% of the most boring survey imaginable regarding dishwasher tablets when it bumped me out saying the survey had reached target participation but I'd get 10 entries to the prize draw. This makes me so cross as they're getting lots of marketing information for free - it's even worse when there's a bar at the bottom of the survey telling you how far through you are!

    Sorry for the rant but I'm getting really fed up with Lightspeed doing this.
    It's better to beg forgiveness than ask permission.

    I did the same with two different surveys for mobile communications. It took about 10 mins each time and then I got bumped, so annoying. I just did another yesterday and got enough for a voucher, so that's me done with Lightspeed now.

    I just never get anything from them. I had three in the past two days that I got bumped out of, before that nothing. I've been registered since about 2006!

    Well, I've been with Lightspeed for about 18 months and a year ago just about managed to cash in my points for some Amazon vouchers- however, now I don't get any more surveys and when i emailed "Lauren" I got a swift response to say that my account had been suspended as I had contravened some agreement of use!!!!!!!!! (I have only ever done surveys honestly and claimed one lot of vouchers!!) I mailed them back and said as much - guess what?No answer - so that's me finished with Lightspeed as well.
    I may be feeling cynical, but I do suspect that they only want new users so that they never have to pay anything out - perhaps they hope people will get fed up trying to amass any useable amounts of points and then give up, or forget. The whole survey thing seems to be a bit of a con to me - just using people and taking advantage of the fact that we could all do with a little extra at times.
    Having said that , I do Pinecone surveys and have found them to be easy to deal with - they send regular surveys and pay after each one - no probs so far.

    Thas really shocking about lightspeed! though I have had a noticeable drop in surveys, I have been with them for a few years now and been able to cash out more then once (several times infact).

    I guess you could join again, but I can see why you wouldn't...globaltestmarket are good- and have about 10 times the amount of surveys that pinecone offer me! (currently get a pinecone survey once a month- am very grateful for it but just wish they were more frequent!)

    Onepoll, yougov and pureprofile are not too bad either (in that order!) hope you get somewhere!

    Yes 80 seems to be the norm rather than 110 points now although I did get invited to do one for 110 points earlier today but then as often happens after you answer a few questions it said that I didn't qualify to complete the survey. It did amazingly credit me with 50 points though which finally has given me enough points to order an Amazon voucher :D The thing is though whenever I've tried to click on the link to go the shop to redeem my points I keep getting a technical error message. I've emailed "Lauren" but no response yet. Has anyone else had this problem?
