Lightspeed Surveys (merged)

These are getting a bit useless lately, they send surveys that I am screened out of after completing half of it, they have reduced down all the points for surveys to 80. Plus the ones that i have completed have not logged in any points and when i chase the points i get rude and snotty answers saying i am not being patient enough. Points used to log in straight away, is anyone else waiting for points and being told to 'be patient' for them to appear???0

All the points I have had lately, and I had 110 for one survey last week, have been credited immediately.0

recent surveys havent logged for me, but i dunno if it used to be instant?!0

I've been using Lightspeed for several months now. There are very few surveys which I am ever eligible to complete, but I have to say that the company is very good at crediting my points and although the earnings are nothing to write home about, an extra few quid a month is better than a poke in the eye. I reckon I'm averaging maybe £2 or £3 a month. I actually find that Global Test Market is better. I get more surveys through and so far I'm collecting about £36 every two or three months. They make you save up your points before you can collect (1000 points minimum - 1 point being worth 5 US cents) so you get a lovely big cheque through the post and it makes it all seem worthwhile. Especially as the exchange rate is so poor for the pound at the moment! This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

I signed up with Lightspeed at the weekend and have just had my second survey come through. For each one it seems I get 110 points, the points for the first survey went on my account straight away.
I don't mind sitting at the laptop for a few hours a week if it means I get something out of it. The first survey I did was to do with childrens medicines.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £26,322.670 -
I was just screened out of a survey very near the end. Aaaargh! I'm not sure about the prize draw entries...there seem to be a lot of entries for very few winners. Lauren is absolutely useless, someone should send her on a customer focus course.
On a positive note, Lightspeed do credit points very quickly and my e-vouchers usually arrive within 48 hours:j. Unlike Toluna...:rotfl:To see a world in a grain of sand,
And a Heaven in a wild flower,
Hold Infinity in the palm of your hand,
And Eternity in an hour.

Has anyone had their £5 voucher for partcipating in the max factor mineral foundation survey yet? I know they can take while, am hoping that because I didnt like it and left a bad review they are not going to withhold the promised voucher!
After 5 months of waiting and a shedload of emails to Lauren, I finally received a £5 amazon voucher code last week. Wasn't going to let it go - the lack of integrity and poor attitude from 'Lauren' & co infuriated me. Did all others who completed this trial get theirs too? If not, get emailing - it only took 5 months of pestering her about this to finally get it, but as their reasoning was they were waiting on their client sorting it, it would seem that it has now been sorted.0 -
after reading some of this I realised I was registered with lightspeed. The reason I had been getting no emails is that it was registered with an email address I no longer have access to. Might start doing it again to see if I get anywhere. :TDream as if you'll live forever - live as if you'll die today0

I love Lightspeed, they are definately one of the better companies available.
I get about 4-6 surveys a week, and have made hundreds of pounds over the years doing surveys0 -
After my last *bordering on really rude* email to *Lauren* (who, I am beginning to suspect, does not actually exist and it's the company's nickname for an auto response email gizmo) regarding email alerts to non existant surveys, surveys that tell me I'd already completed them when I hadn't even started them, the survey freezing halfway through, etc etc etc...I have had no problems - I've had 4 surveys through in the last 3 days, qualified and completed all 4!! And a Boots voucher arrived today so I'm keeping fingers, eyes and legs crossed...All these years since I left school and I've never once had to use Algebra0
