    I have found that if the points are not added straight away they never get added on. Iam sure the staff don't even bother to read/look into the emails about missing points as all I ever have is that same standard reply (with no points ever being added).

    affraid not, it was called "idea blog" and it was on fitness drinks

    ive been caught out before on these forums/blogs when companies have taken ages to pay up, will teach me to do them, stick with the surveys is what i suggest

    anyone have a telephone number for lightspeed please?

    I know what you mean about the standard reply, so annoying isn't it? I emailed them last year in October I think, got the standard reply, had given up hope of ever seeing my points then they randomly appeared in my account in December :rolleyes: shame because they used to be really good for crediting points instantly, unlike some other survey sites *cough* toluna *cough*

    Hope I haven't put this in the wrong place but I am just wondering if anyone else uses Lightspeed to do surveys. I have emailed them 4 times as I completed 3 separate surveys which should have meant I received a £5.00 voucher each time. I have had no replies from Lightspeed from these emails (the surveys date back to Nov, Dec 05 and Jan 06). Any ideas anyone?

    I do lightspeed and pinecone surveys and i get points more or less straight away, i have them changed into PayPal vouchers, they pay these straight into my PayPal account, never had any problems with either of them.

    No - every 115 points is worth £1 - no charges taken by Paypal. So worth requesting your £1 every time you reach 115 points if you don't receive surveys very often.

    Ive just had an email from "lauren" giving me a free music voucher for 1 track, Thanks very much! try to use it... Doesnt work surprise surprise!

  • anyone noticed that most of the surveys now are 80 points? That's a 30% fall but no change in the rewards threshold

    For those that have emailed Lauren, but received no reply.

    I havent had many problems with Lightspeed but when i did i emailed, and heard nothing back.

    So, i did a simple google for Lightspeed Research Ltd, and managed to get a phone number. I rang up, spoke to someone and my problem was sorted asap.
