well may be their site is down for upgrade and you can also try to del all cookies and history that might help but do check it later.and for me i don't know i get survey after ages and some time i hate it when the page doesn't load or give error and i press refresh then it doesn't take me to survey and says i already tried it.............any way if i had enough points then what you guys/gals recon for the vouchers? which one is best and i think amzon or paypal is the best as i will have loads of choice............

Looks like they are updating the site, I get a background with name which is totally different, can't find anywhere to login though.

I completed a survey a few days ago, got to the end, the whole thing locked up and would not refresh. I emailed Lauren but got no reply. :mad:

I have just managed to log in to the site after a couple of attempts and only getting the white screen.

I can log in fine now and the usual website is there

thanks guys, working fine again for me. Still no sign of the 80 points they owe me for a survey I did on the 5th *sigh*. Emailed Lauren 2 days ago but she said " please be patient and only email us if your points have not arrived within 10 days after completing the survey." looks like someone can't count :rolleyes:

I can access the site ok now, have just received a survey, completed successfully and redeemed points. hth

hi all

im having loads of problems with lightspeed at the moment. i did an online blog/forum for them back in december but they've not paid me and said that i should of received the reward by now (even though they've not told me what im expecting)

ive emailed "lauren" loads of times and ive emailed her today to say that im going to keep hitting her inbox at least once a day until this is resolved - does anyone have any other contact address/names/telephone numbers that they can share with me to assist?
