I won one of their prize draws and have had nothing since. In fact I thought I might write and ask why.

Has anyone had their £5 voucher for partcipating in the max factor mineral foundation survey yet? I know they can take while, am hoping that because I didnt like it and left a bad review they are not going to withhold the promised voucher!

i find that lightspeed are getting very cheeky lately i have been getting surveys and you get about a third to half way through it and then you get told that you are not suitable,
surely they can filter you out before you have half done the survey, every time that this happens it feels like you have been robbed of your points.

I have had a couple in the last few days and now they are only giving 80 points for 20-25 minute surveys

Im quite annoyed with Lightspeed at the mo, at the end of a survey I did a while ago they asked for my email address to take part in an online discussion which i'd get £15 for.
I put my details in and the next day spent 1.5 hours discussing mobile phones in a chat room through a company called Nqual.

Over a month later ive not received the £15 nor had any replies from Lightspeed. Bloody ignorant tw**s.

I am getting annoyed with them too. Since Christmas, lack of surveys and when I do get one it's full so I get kicked out after doing a lot of questions already (reminds me of Toluna!). Plus not being credited for surveys I've done. What a shame because they're the only survey site which I actually seem to get anything from normally.

wow- I guess I am lucky then- I jst get screened out after telling them I do not earn over a certain amount/am on the lowest income- seems to screen me out every time without fail!
