No, they are useless. Just get the standard reply, and nothing is ever done about it. The customer support stafff are what really let Lightspeed down. :mad:

I've noticed that the rewards have got a lot less recently. Also, when I did the special 7 day media survey last month I didn't get my £5 Amazon voucher. I complained and they said I missed 1 day, yet I'm sure I didn't! That's the last they see of me.

Some of the other sites are as bad. On 'Valued'(!!) Opinions I've been waiting about 3 weeks for some 'rewards' to be credited.

Valued opinions does say it could take up to 28 days for the £ to be credited. I think I have around £14 pending.

Hi guys,

juct checked my points, those who did the coke survey the points should have gone in! I know mine have, so have redeemed them.... survey M8032 IS A RUBBISH LINK - meaning not working, very bizaare I have it on there twice neither link works :rolleyes: hope lightspeed improve this as I know others getting this, it is one of the 'better' survey sites too...

What a joke LS is becoming, i just had two surveys one for 50 points(just got the email), and its already reached maximum number of paticipants.

The second which was a 12 minute survey for 50 sweepstake entries into their prize draw, whats with the sweepstake surveys lately, this is the third one i've had in under two weeks.

Don't get me wrong i like having 30 extra entries(i was told all 3 times that they already met max participation), but i'd prefer that it was 30 extra points instead.

hi all i think you gov are ok at least you getpaid 50p/£1 and when you reach £50 they send you a cheque ive had £50 twice and money soon adds up you never get booted off like lightspeed :T

Nope, just get the standard replies brushing me off, reported my problem on the survey police site and it was sorted within 3 days, might be working giving it a try yourself?

I used to sing LS praises but recently no surveys what have arrived very poor reward or freezes 3/4 of the way through then says survey full!
