must admit i am getting really hacked off with surveys that ask me so many questions than says they have enough people gonna be giving up on this 1 like someone else has said the rewards have been cut as well and some of the surveys are pathetic asking the same questions over and over .when it gets to that point i just click on anything they dont pay enough for that!:mad:0

Ive just had 2 surveys through, one for 110 points and another for 80, i only qualified for the 110 point but hey ho! another 105 points and i will have £15 since i joined up about a month ago. Maybe now the Coke thing has been done they will push the other surveys through? i imagine giving everyone 1500 points took alot of man power!Had my amazing little girlie 08/12/2007 - 11 days late! 9lbs 3oz

i can't believe everyone thinks ls is so bad! i've had at least 4/5 surveys in my inbox this week, i didn't qualify for all of them but no worries, i never get frozen out or anything and i requested a voucher last night and two minutes later it was in my inbox!0

I have to agree. I redeemed my points for £30 of Amazon e-vouchers. They arrived the next day and I had no problems using them. I have no complaints with LS.:DTo see a world in a grain of sand,

I used to have no complaints but since I no longer get any surveys I have many, lol, checked my account and made sure its still active, as well as updating my profile and still nothing.

I'm absolutely infuriated with Lightspeed. :mad:
I've been with them 3 years and I noticed I wasn't getting the payments through either, so starting keeping detailed records.
I have been chasing some payments with Lauren for four months now, and all I get is ridiculous excuses. I am overdue £25.
I have to admit, after 3 years loyal service, I don't think I'm going to bother anymore if/when I finally get the money I'm owed.
