i have just logged into the site as i have written this post and i have not had any trouble logging in, it might be something to do with your brouser settings of your security software might be blocking the site for some reason.

Has anyone noticed that the surveys have suddenly started paying considerably less?? Also any of the decent paying ones i never seem to get credited for...? Lauren just sends me a generic email..Wait 3days..blah blah..

Yes, they've dropped, dramatically.
I've just had one for 50 points and have had several that just give you enteries into the lightspeed draw

I am experiencing the same as Scubaangel. I was previously getting a couple of Lightspeed survey invites a week. I often didn't qualify but still built up points reasonably well for vouchers here and there. However I have had no invites at all now for about 8 weeks despite updating profile, completing quick matches etc Its really disappointing as Lightspeed has been the only survey site that has paid off for me so far.

I had wondered if it was because I had sent in several emails reporting problem/faulty surveys?

My Amazon vouchers coming through fine but I've had a load recently that say I've already paused them the first time I look and some which I spend quite a while answering detailed subject specific questions only to be told I don't qualify.
Had one with page not found when I submitted as well and just generic replies from 'Lauren'

yep lots of 80 pointers now. I just spend less time thinking about my answers to get it done quicker

About 9 months ago i did the same! And for about 2 months i got no surveys, but then i emalied lauren saying what had happened, i didnt get a reply, but all of a sudden i started getting surveys again!

Just outta interest when you do a survey you get say 110 points or you use to but anyways ive noticed lately that im getting surveys that take 20mins or so but dont get any points for it but getting entries to a draw or something like that,I was just wondering has any1 ever won anything from the prize draw?
