Lightspeed Surveys (merged)

2nd survey in the last couple of days that ive completed but get a error message at the end when it asks me to click on link for my points to be added to my account,ive sent the email to lightspeed but dont hold out much hope ill get the usual it takes a few days for points to be added and they will look into it,for a heads up the surveys are C9760 and C12147.

Am getting pretty fed-up too with the errors appearing near the ends of surveys. Lightspeed has been bad for this for a while now. Have just been doing surveys with about 4 companies and feel sometimes the surveys are deliberately set up with errors so that the companies get the info they want and don't need to reward you for your time....

Spent 25 mins doing a survey today, got to the demographic questions right at the end, only for the Lightspeed site to log me out. No points for that survey when I logged back in

did a survey today and got through about 10 mins of it then it said that they had already had enough responses - what's that about?

I didn't get the points for survey C9760 either, was it for 110points as I never for the email for it, it was just showing when I logged into my account. Did another one today and didn't get the points for that either.

Just wondering how long it's taking at the moment/recently for paypal money to go through from Lightspeed? This is the first time I am collecting money/vouchers from them. Is it taking longer than usual & whats the average/expected wait time? I initiated the transfer about 5/6 working days ago. Any help would be appreciated in this matter.

In regards to the problems on getting points for surveys and error messages, i had the same for one particular survey where it logged me out & i didn't recieve the points, but it sorted itself out in the end before they even sent the standard 'Lauren' e-mail about looking into it. Hopefully if theres a particular error with a survey they will sort it out for everyone, it did with mine as there was an inputting error and they sent me an e-mail to let me know i needed to take the survey again argg

the coke survey - you just received a normal invite survey email- has anyone paid for their coke yet or received their lightspeed points for it? I'm not sure what to do really???

Yeah survey C9760 is for 110 points,I dont know why I bother emailing them when theres a problem with points cause all they say is it can take upto 10days before the points will show on your account and not to email them till then,but if ive had an error message the points aint gonna be on my account no matter how long I wait,ive started taking screen shots of the ends of surveys where it says its been completed to show that ive definatley completed it but still it doesnt make a difference,its just making me not wanting to waste my time doing surveys if I aint gonna receive any points for it,and just outta curiosity has any1 had any points added to your account manually after getting the error at end of surveys,I am starting to think its just a con to get outta paying.

And again Survey B14025-B just completed it answered all the questions and asked me to click on the link and points will be added to my account but a error message came up and no points added,its getting beyond a joke now.
