Has anyone had any problems recieving rewards from these?
I ordered £45 of prezzybox vouchers over 2 weeks ago, 4 x £10 ones and 1 x £5 one, the £10 ones came to my email straight away but the £5 one has never been sent. I emailed them via my account and a few days later got a message back saying check your junkmail and check you have correct email address in your lightspeed account. Of course its the right email the other vouchers came to it and nothing has gone to junk mail but even in my lightspeed account it says in the list of sent vouchers the 4 £10 ones but the £5 one isnt listed as sent only in the ordered bit.
I replied to that email and have recieved no reply so I sent another message via my account and still have no reply
Is this regular with them?Thanx

I have been waiting two weeks for paypal credits, I have emailed them twice with no joy! This happens
quite a few times.
I also get lots of errors or the survey won't complete.
I think 90 - 95% of the time I am told I don't qualify for the survey, I have been a member for years.Everything has its beauty but not everyone sees it.0 -
the coke survey - you just received a normal invite survey email- has anyone paid for their coke yet or received their lightspeed points for it? I'm not sure what to do really???
thanks
You dont pay or receive the points until the end of the survey, think theres about 2 weeks left for it to run.0 -
I have redeemed my first lot of points from survey I have done over the last two weeks and am well chuffed. I got a £5 Amazon voucher code about 30 minutes after I redeemed, which combined with £2 I had left from Qype has enabled me to get the little mermaid disney 2 disc edition hoorah. I only paid 33p for it and it was free delivery. I can't wait to do more surveysIpoints- Cashed in for prezzybox and amazon items - 1,983 now. £50 Amazon voucher

Paper vouchers seem to be pretty good at being sent out. I ordered £10 Garden Centre vouchers about a week ago and they arrived today.0

I just claimed my first Amazon voucher. It came within 15 minutes. I was extremely pleased because I actually remembered to go through ipoints for a change so earned a few of those on the order too.
I would have been able to get a £10 voucher but 110 points for one of my surveys wasn't credited:(. Looking at some of the posts on here it's probably not worth emailing them about it...Time flies like an arrow.

Receive a reply back this morning & then received the funds this afternoon.
"Thank you for your inquiry. We greatly apologize for the delay in your PayPal reward. Please know your order has been processed and will be available as soon as possible. Please know this delay is due to extremely large amounts of PayPal redemptions being processed. Let me know if you experience any further delays and I will be happy to assist you further. Thank you very much for your patience regarding this matter".Everything has its beauty but not everyone sees it.0 -

For all of those that have taken part in the Coke survey. I have just had an email to say that all the coke has been given free of charge.
I was expecting a bill of about £100, so am well pleased.
Thank you Lightspeed
