I am thinking of giving up on Lightspeed altogether. A few surveys have given me points, but many others ( one that I did earlier this morning included), waits until I`ve gone so far along, given out enough info for them to use as a mini survey, and they then say that they already have enough participants!???

Seems to me that they want info from people but don`t really want to reward them for it

i've been quite happy with lightspeed over the last couple of weeks although they seem to take an age to pay via paypal.

Ive been with Lightspeed for quite a few years now, and i have to say that this is probably 1 of the better survey sites.

I tend to get surveys every couple of days via email, but i do also log onto the site, to complete the polls and the Quick Matches (which increase your chance of getting more surveys to answer)

Ive won £75 a couple of times of the years, which has been an added bonus.

I also in the process of doing a 6 week survey with them about Coca Cola, where it gets delivered to my house every week.

I tend to get my rewards via payal, and the money is usually waiting in my paypal account within a week of me requesting.

I agree with lannyloo - Lightspeed is one of the best of the survey sites and payout via PayPal always seems to come within a week

I too have been doing Lightspeed surveys for a while. Although I sometimes go for ages being in the wrong demographic for the survey, when I do get a survey they tend to be quite interesting. I've only every had enough for 2 lots of £10 of Paypal "money", but it's arrived eventually. I'm now about one survey away from another £10, but I'm considering having a John Lewis voucher next time. Oh, the choices! Actually, that's the best thing about it - the number of options that you have for your reward!

Lightspeed is great until something goes wrong, as their customer services are one of the worst. It is impossible to get an actually reply, all they send are the standard replies and never sort anything out.

Lightspeed used to be great, but now too many surveys give me errors!
Also, I never got 400 points from one survey, e-mailed them, they said they would take care of it twice but didn't...
As far as the coca cola study - I got the coke twice or three times, ever since then the survey to order it never ever works, I've emailed them but no response
Really disappointing!

Hi!

Today I received an email from Lightspeed saying I could take part in a Survey and to Login etc as normal to access it.
However, after logging in, it was nowhere to be found on my members profile! So I could not actually do it!
Has this happened to anyone else? And if so was it a one off???

Happened to me last week, I emailed them and they cant up with some half @rsed excuse.
