115 points is worth £1 - so do them quick before the surveys close.

You can cash them out into PayPal straight away

If you get vouchers or buy things instead of taking the money they are worth less than £1 though

Very miffed lightspeed newbie!

last week i requested points into paypal, am still waiting. i mailed their support, no reply. how long is normal to wait? i recieved the below message on the 14th when i requested paypal.... no contact from them since. (i've put stars over my personal info.

So...what happens next?
• E-certificates: E-certificates will be emailed to the address in your account (at the time the order is placed) within a week after you placed the order.
• PayPal: PayPal orders for funds will load to your account within a few business days of your order date. When your PayPal order is processed you will receive an email with a link that will allow you to claim your funds.

I don't know how long they normally take to pay by paypal. I know the amazon vouchers have been coming down as soon as I have placed an order for them recently. Have you doubled checked you entered the paypal email address correctly?
Lightspeed support is non-existent at the best of times. They are great as long as nothing goes wrong and you need to contact them.

they dont even ask your email addy when you request paypal!!
luckyliy i jioned lightspeed with the email i use on paypal, so fingers crossed it'll fix itself?

I find it takes around a week for paypal to transfer - you get an email saying they've done it.

My son is well chuffed as he has got £10 in amazon vouchers from them in the past couple of days for surveys long forgotten.

It seems such a shame that the kids ones take so long to close

I do these, but I've only ever ordered amazon vouchers and been emailed the voucher code straight away.
