I think I remember reading when signing up for the coke thing, that you can request to be billed by invoice. This might be a good idea, and don't pay until you have your points from the whole survey. As I've had issues with lightspeed not putting the points on my account going back to April and despite email them so many times, all I get is the standard 'we will look into it' reply. They have the worst customer service ever.

I had half a survey (50 points) but when I logged into Lightspeed it had gone!

My OH drinks quite a lot of coke and there are no great deals in the shops at the minute. So the 4 x 1.25 bottles are great for him.

I have never had a problem getting payment for my own surveys, but I have for my sons, it took 5 months to get an "kids" voucher and they still have others pending. I have made sure I keep a record of all the ones they complete now.

I've been signed up to lightspeed for ages but not had anything from them the last month?! No idea whats going on with them!

Yeah, Ive found that Lightspeed can be really sporadic with their surveys. Some days you can get two and then nothing for 3 weeks. Very random!

did anyone do the survey where they sent you a pack of newspapers and magazines? it was sent about a month ago, the survey was meant to give 1300 points, and I have only been credited with 100! Has anyone received the rest of the points yet?

I have tried emailing Lauren, but received a vague answer- did not seem as if they had even taken the time to read my query properly!

Sorry to say that like most survey companies at the moment these have dried up!
TNS seem to be the exception....odd really

I think its really a case of personally you havn't... there are wet and dry spells.

Eg for the last month I have received more surveys than I have in the past year - from all companies.
