    I hate lightspeed at the minute, have 3 surveys dating back to April which they never paid me for. Have emailed so many times Ive lost count. But all I get is the same standard reply saying they are looking into it. There customer service is dreadful.

  • That survey a few of you have mentioned was a complete con. I did it last Friday and got to the end, only to be told they had already reached their quota of respondents.


    Thats really interesting! The fact that it was given out to people days ago and they are still churning it out, getting the information from us for nothing. Maybe we should all start listing the surveys which are just information grabbing duds, so we can avoid them. It would save us all time. I have sat for ages sometimes filling in surveys to be told at the last minute the 'quota' is full, its obvious it is a con now.

    I just tried the same house survey and got the same response after filling loads in:

    I think that's a good idea- if we get to the end of a survey and are told the quota has already been reached, post the survey number here so others can avoid wasting their time. We wouldn't be breaking any "rules" by doing that. I'm really annoyed with companies who think they can dupe you and get the info for free. :mad:

    Id definatley co-sign that,just done the said survey and got bounced after 15mins or so saying quota full.
  • yes, same here on the house survey, Ive had problems with a couple of surveys but when you email Lauren you just get a standard reply. I emailed her back saying I wasnt happy and she said she would try and add the points manually but it would take a while - hmmm Im not holding my breath - well fed up with them!

    Great idea to post the survey number of any problem surveys - Im up for that

    I did that one last thursday (18th) and it paid out for me :beer:

    I've gotten into the habit of checking my account regularly as I've noticed surveys appearing without the email notification. And sometimes the email arrives several days after I've done the survey. I think Lightspeed aren't quite on the ball at the moment :cool:
