Can you remember the original email address you signed up with? and password? If you know the email address and not password you can use the forgot password link on the homepage.

Although from their T&C's does say:
1.4 You may only join the panel once. Lightspeed reserves the right to refuse any membership applications.

i haven't had a survey with these lot in like over 3 months now...i take it other people are still getting them?

I was going to post to say have any others seen an increase in surveys from these latley, I've had £20 in Amazon vouchers within 2-3 weeks with them now.

I've just this minute finished one. The second in 2 days, but before these it has been 3-4 weeks since i did a survey for them.

just wondering if any one else is having a problem getting there points after they have completed the survey as usally they are instant!!

I am owed 440 point and £25 kids vouchers going back as far as april did another survey today and the points didnt go on again.

I have emailed many times and have been told they are looking in to this!!

I get about 2 surveys a month from Lightspeed, I get more from other survey sites!

I always convert straight into PayPal so haven't had any problems myself

Never had any problems with gettin points after a survey, they appear instantly. I convert into paypal these days, when i did order vouchers, it took 4-6 weeksfor them to appear, which was tooooo slow.
