Same problem here betty, just completed a 110 point survey but nothing credited. First time it's happened in over 2 years but even so, that's not the point.... this survey would have got me a voucher!!

have emailed lauren, won't be holding my breath....:rolleyes:

I have 110 points and I know you need 115 to get rewards but does anyone know what you can get with 115 and what other rewards you can get with higher points values etc?

You can get £1 into your paypal account with 115 points which is what I always do - then you can treat yourself to anything off ebay - or eventually transfer the money to your current account and use it to pay off debts. I've not really looked at the other rewards as this works for me.

Paypal is your best option if you want cash, but I like the Amazon vouchers-550 points= £5 Amazon voucher, 575 points= £5 Paypal. So, if you use Amazon a lot (like me ) it's a good way to redeem your points.

I like the National Garden Centre gift vouchers. I think Lightspeed are the only survey company who offer them. Very quickly delivered too.

I dont seem to have any problems with lightspeed and vouchers, I have always asked for amazon vouchers which I get emailed to me within 48 hours, at the latest, but its normally more like under 24 hours. Puts toluna to shame in a very big way!

Maybe it depends on what you ask for. I havent tried paypal or anything else (I am saving for an MP3 at the moment so need only amazon vouchers- plus you get more for your money this way).

Just outta curiosity how long does the amazon vouchers take with toluna?I ordered 1 just over a month ago and am still waiting,is that normal or do toy think ill need to chase them up!

Does anybody have another email address for Lightspeed please? I have emailed "Lauren" three times now as I am still waiting on survey points from May, but I always receive the same standard reply which indicates to me that they do not even bother to read emails.

Their shoddy customer service makes me really angry.:mad:

Do you log onto the site regularly??

I log on every couple of days to see if theres any new quick matches or mini polls available, which then help lightspeed offer surveys to people.

I probably do 6 or 7 surveys a week
