anyone else having problems logging into their lightspeed account? Its saying my password is wrong, so when i click the "forgot my password" button, its saying that my email isnt recognised!!

I can login fine....im pretty sure its happened to me before and it meant that my account had been deactivated for some strange reason....i emailed em to reopen the account and "Lauren" did after a good while of waiting

they've just sent me a survey to my email address - so i know for a fact that my email address exists on their website!!

I just got to the end of Survey K13115 and it booted me, thats the third time that has happened over the last few days, plus there are still points missing from my account, enough to mean that I could have received a voucher.
I used to love Lightspeed but I'm getting a bit fed up with them now.

I've just done about 15mins of this survey too, and then got the "already reached quota" message, so one to avoid! Am getting fed up with these con surveys just now as well.

Yeah Iam signed up for this as well, but am a bit unsure about it. As if they don't cough up the points I will be out of pocket quite a bit having to buy all the full priced coke. Surely if they want you to evaluate the bottle they should just send it to you free.
