i have been a member of lightspeed for about...two days, and i'm already up £2 from doing two very quick surveys. shame they're not more frequent, eh.

do you have more than one account, or other family members have accounts with same/similar logins and passwords/email addresses.

They apparently did a sweep with new software a while ago, and identified potential users with duplicate/multiple accounts and blocked them.

If you are not one of these, then i would certainly drop them an email.

Defo not a duplicate or multiple account and I am the only internet user in the household.

I have sent an email but as yet heard nothing back.

The strange thing is my sign in details are apparently not on the database yet if I try to set up another account it says they are already in use.

I will just have to wait until I hear anything. Shame, because this is normally one of the most reliable survey sites I use.

my mate's trying to register for lightspeed and can't...is there a limit/invite only. 'cus i cannae find it!

Are people still getting regular surveys from this site? I got three within the first month (back in January) and withdrew the money to PayPal, and since then I've had only one or two in total, apart from the questions and surveys that just give you prize draw entries. Reckon I should email them, or am I just not in the "target demographic"?

They are VERY quiet at the minute, i've not had a survey for about 6 weeks! They must be on holiday or something.
