LIghtspeed will email you to tell you they've transferred the cash to Paypal, which can take up to 3 - 5 working days. Paypal will then email you to say funds are in your account and all you have to do is access your Paypal account and then ask them to transfer the funds to your bank account or you can leave the funds in your Paypal account until you build up a nice amount - Paypal usually take between 5 - 7 working days to then transfer the cash to your account. I did the whole thing beginning a week ago yesterday, and got confirmation from my bank yesterday the funds were in my account..

If I've missed a step here, I'm sure someone will correct me...dang insomnia!!

I swapped points last night into Paypal. Within an hour i received an email from Lightspeed confirming.

It usually takes a couple of days for the money to hit my account (they say allow 5-7 days)

Have you made sure that the email address you log onto Lightspeed with is the same as your paypal address??

Might be worth double checking, cos if the addresses are different the points wont be transferred.

I have an account with lightspeed for a few months, 1-2 surveys a week ... so almost 10£ a month wich is great.
Does anyone knows if I make hubby an account with them (from the same computer) will it work? (different names, email addresses, aso) ?

Damn lightspeed  ;) I'm 25 points away from my next Amazon voucher and have just had 3 surveys in a row but for each one I got 5 screens in and was told thank you but they have reached their quota for the survey. It's very frustrating

Has anybody had any problem with login?

I have just realised that I haven't had any survey invites since I claimed my last reward so thought I would login to check my account but it is saying my email and password aren't valid.

I asked for a password check just incase I was entering it wrong but it says I haven't completed the registration process, yet I have been completing surveys for months

Have sent them an email to look into it but wondered if anybody else has experienced this.
