any help would be much appreciated.
its a london number so if you have inclusive minutes within your airtime then you can use it
when u get through you will be told to leave a message - as they dont take phone calls - but be persistent0 -
I had 3 surveys today and qualified for and completed them all. Ordered another £5 HMV e-voucher and it arrived in my email within 5 minutes!:D0

Hey I always use Lightspeed Survey among others. I have already ordered Amazon E Vouchers to the amount of £60 and I am saving up my point's for Christmas, have £60 worth of Amazon E Vouchers already in the shape of point's.
Have never recieved a voucher each time. Everytime you click on a Survey, it tells you how many points it's worth, it can be anything! I have done 4 today and 2 surveys were for 300 points each.
At least you can save up for Voucher's, Paypal cash, etc, and its your choice on which ones you choose.
HTH!!

Has anyone done a trial with a 2 part survey to complete afterwards - email says 220 points but letter than came with the product says 400 points? I have tested the product & done the surveys but had no points added yet, aren't they supposed to be added as soon as you have done the survey? If anyone else has done this (you get 2 boxes sent about a week apart) how many points have you been given for it?2023 wins - Rice Krispies, Avene Micellar Gel, Barbie Toy, £20 Apple Gift Card, KFC 6 piece bargain bucket, Chloe Nomade perfume, Barbie Toy (second one), Sanctuary Spa Sleep Balm, E45 Moisturising Lotion, Trolls Hamper, 12 Tonie Characters, Sure deodorant, Good Home Utensil holder, £5 Costa Gift Card, Neutrogena Micellar Jelly, Soap & Glory Mascara, Persil capsules,0

Well, I've had no replies to any of my enquiries about the apparent cancellation of my Lightspeed account. My wife has also had her account ended, it seems, getting the same "do not match any in our database" message on trying to sign in.
I confess that I had three Lightspeed accounts, and they may have been doing some clearing out activities.
Of course, I've now signed up with them again. So far, it's working fine.

Rumbled!!
Had a reply from "Lauren" today ...
You mentioned in your email that you are currently experiencing issues to log in onto the Lightspeed Consumer Panel website. After reviewing your account, it happens that our system has detected an anomaly with your account and that your account is therefore no longer active.
Please note that Lightspeed Consumer Panel has recently increased its security in regards to fraudulent activity. Fraudulent activity includes all activity contradictory to our terms & conditions. It includes (but is not limited to) multiple memberships, non-sincere participation to our surveys, fraud of identity. We advise you to visit our terms & conditions for more details: http://uk.lightspeedpanel.com/rules/membership_terms.html.
We are now working on investigating the reason why an anomaly has been detected. If this anomaly is a genuine anomaly, your account will be reactivated within the next 48 hours.
I'm expecting the Feds any moment ...

Has anyone had the cola survey points yet ?, It`s been 2 weeks since I did the 2nd survey and i`ve still not seen any sign of the points. i`ve mailed them about it, first time I was told to wait 3 days for the points, that was about 10 days ago and i`ve mailed twice since and have had no replies0

well my account has been deactivated too, and I have received the same response from "Lauren"
And I have only one account, have never been fraudulent, always answer questions honestly etc
I hope they re-instate me!Indecision is the key to flexibility0 -
