Lightspeed Surveys (merged)

Hiya, this may seem like a bit of a stupid question but is the lightspeed number (02078961900) a local rate number...classified as a UK landline for the purposes of my mobile contract?

any help would be much appreciated.

I am another one that cannot log in - in spite of me still receiving invites for surveys! I've emailed several times with no reply - does anyone have any other contact details for lightspeed?

I havent been able to sign into my lightspeed a/c for ages now and the email i sent to Lauren bounced back...anyone any ideas?

ok, dont jump on me for stating the obvious but thought i would ask............you are trying to log into the UK lightspeed site??
I only ask 'coz i clicked on the US one by mistake the other day and it wouldnt let me log in when i went back to google and clicked the GB one it logged in fine......

Ive been a member of Lightspeed for nearly 3 years now, and have never had a problem with them, or in contacting them.

I have won £50 a couple of years ago in one of the prize draws. With regards to the surveys, sometimes i dont meet the criteria, sometimes i do. For those that i do, the points accumulate and i have on lots of occaisions over the years as a member, swapped my points for vouchers, with no problems whatsoever. I always ask for paper vouchers, as thats the quickest option. If you go for something like the paypal option, that can take up to 8 weeks for the money to be credited to your paypal account.

I'm still receiving surveys - seem to be more I don't qualify for but I am over a certain age!
I do not agree about having reward converted to cash in Paypal. I tend to convert as soon as I have enough and the credit usually goes through in about 1 week - useful for my e-bay buys.
Strangely I won £50 about 2 years ago. Has anyone won anything more recently I wonder?

yeah it is the UK one im trying, just saying dont recognise the email on their system!?
